Cuban Volleyball in Group A of Continental Event |

Havana.- The Cuban men's volleyball team was included in Group A of the 18th Pan-American Games in Lima, Peru, in 2019.
The group also includes Peru, Puerto Rico and Argentina, while Group B is made up of Mexico, Brazil and Chile, as well as a team that will represent NORCECA.
The pending quota for qualification in the North, Central America and the Caribbean must be defined in a tournament in Canada.
Cuba declined to participate in the women's Pan-American Cup that granted five places, due to the team's result at the Central American and Caribbean Games in Barranquilla in 2018, when it finished in seventh place.
After the all-around stage, the first two teams in each segment will pass to the semifinals and the winners will play for the gold medal, while the losers will compete for the bronze medal.
