Cuban Company FORSAN Diversifies Exports |

Havana.- The company Gran Piedra Baconao de Santiago de Cuba (FORSAN), based in the eastern part of the island, has diversified its production to increase exports.
The firm has added cinders to the products that it commercializes abroad.
It is worth mentioning that in 2018, 40 containers of charcoal were exported and this year, an increase in exports is expected.
The work by FORSAN is complemented by the installation of the first agroforestry community, where families work to recover the land's production.
Other projects are related to lime production, an increase in the number of charcoal ovens, forestry, livestock, several crops and the manufacture of modern furniture.
