Summer Routes in Western Cuba
Monday, July 15, 2019

Havana.- The western Cuban province of Matanzas has created several recreational routes during the summer, in coordination with the Palacio de Junco Museum.

Among the new elements is the tour of the San Juan riverbank, aimed at promoting family enjoyment and the communication of heritage.

This option will allow participants to admire Plaza de La Vigia, the new image of the Firefighters Museum, as well as creative workshops on Narvaez Street.

The tour ends in the 3D projection room La Gruta del San Juan, to show images of the area to the public.

The Sauto Theater, a National Monument, the old La Dionisia coffee farm and the museums Oscar Maria de Rojas, Jose Smith Comas and the Playa Giron (Bay of Pigs) Memorial, are included among the sites to be visited on during the tours.
