According to the analysis of the event, at least 33 Cuban athletes won medals at least once, accounting for 71.7 percent.

It is worth highlighting the work of Cuban sprinter Omara Durand in the T12 100, 200 and 400 meter races (deep visual weakness), with three gold medals.
