Cuban Photographer Exhibits Works in New York |

Havana.- The Soho Photo Gallery in New York is hosting The Kingdom of This World Exhibition, by Cuban photographer Julio Cesar Garcia.
According to the creator, the show is named after the novel by writer Alejo Carpentier and consists of 11 portraits of elderly street vendors.
The exhibition was first held in the Genesis Gallery of the western Cuban city of Matanzas.
The Soho Photo Gallery was founded in 1971 by a group of New York Times photographers, and exhibits a wide range of works every month, as well as individual shows for members and theme exhibitions.
The institution offers its members the opportunity for personal growth as photographers of fine arts, and also holds workshops and conferences open to the public.
