Azul Airline Receives Largest Plane from Embraer |

Rio de Janeiro.- The commercial airline Azul received the first plane of the E195 model, the largest among those developed by the Brazilian aircraft maker Embraer.
The company will be the pioneer in the world in operating this type of aircraft, which is characterized by fuel economy in its operation.
It is worth mentioning that five years ago, Azul commissioned 51 Embraer E195 second generation (E2) aircraft, in a transaction worth 3.2 billion dollars.
The models of the second generation of this aircraft (E195-E2) are 41.5 meters long, with capacity for 146 passengers and a flight range of 4,600 kilometers.
Until last June, Embraer had received 124 orders for this model from five airlines, including Azul (51), the Irish Aercap (45), the American Aircastle (13), the Nigerian Air Peace (10) and the Spanish Binter Canarias (five).
