Cuban Fisheries to Chinese Market
Monday, November 18, 2019

Havana.- Cuban fisheries will be exported to the Chinese market through the CARIBEX company, which specializes in the commercialization of those items.

The firm has signed several agreements with China to increase sales and introduce new species into Cuba's offers.

Within the framework of the second China International Export Expo (CIEE), innovative and traditional offers such as whole, raw and frozen lobsters were presented.

Together with this, CARIBEX signed a letter of intent to sell the angula in Shanghai, which is the eel's fry and is the only one allowed by fishing laws.

Likewise, there are plans to build fish feed factories in Cuba, which are essential to achieve stability in breeding.
