Description
It is located in a countryside area, 2 miles from Trinidad. It is a farm where visitors can enjoy the traditions and customs of the farmers of the region. Its rural environment is excellent for excursions on a plain that reaches the banks of the Guaurabo River, through which Don Diego Velázquez arrived in the region to found the third village. Ma' Dolores has a rustic restaurant where excellent dishes of Cuban cuisine can be tasted, and the rite of preparing roasted pork is one of the most exciting moments for those visiting the establishment. The Farm is inhabited by specimens of Cuba's endemic fauna, and visitors can enjoy excursions to the Javira waterfall, and a party or "Guateque" at night, during which all genres of Cuban country music are sung and danced.
