The Park View Hotel, which opened in the early 20th century, is located in Havana's historic heart, in an area where the old part of the city merges with modernity. The hotel was built in 1928 by the Greek-born Ecomides brothers, who also owned the Zaserac Café, behind the Inglaterra Hotel. The establishment, which is 20 kilometers away from José Martí International Airport, was considered one of Havana's most exclusive hotels at the time, due to its American style and affordable prices. It is close to the National Museum of Fine Arts and Paseo del Prado (Prado Promenade). |
