Cuban Volleyball Team Finished Third at NORCECA |

Havana.- The Cuban men's volleyball team finished third at the 20th Tournament of the North, Central American and Caribbean Confederation (NORCECA).
In the bronze-medal game, the Cuban players defeated Canada 3-0, although it was a tough game, as the first set finished with a 38-36 score.
However, the team failed to qualify for the World Cup in November, when the first three teams will be eligible for the Olympic Games in Beijing next year.
Cuban coach Orlando Samuels admitted the team lacked concentration in the game against Puerto Rico, which beat the Cubans 3-0.
In that regard, he recalled that the players must train harder to compete in the NORCECA Olympic qualifying in Puerto Rico in early 2008.
