Cuba Promotes Tourist Options in Central America |

Havana.- The tourist promotional campaign Viva Cuba is being carried out in Central America this month.
According to organizers, the caravan, made up of representatives from the Cuban Ministry of Tourism and travel agencies such as CUBATUR and Cubanacán S.A., among others, will tour Managua (Nicaragua), San José (Costa Rica), San Salvador (El Salvador), Guatemala and Panama.
The campaign is mainly aimed at tour operators, travel agents and specialized journalists to promote Cuba's tourist options in the region.
For the fourth consecutive year, Cuba received two million foreign travelers in 2009.
