Jose Marti, after being released from the Presidio Modelo and before going to the exile imposed by the colonial authorities because of his pro-independence ideas, spent several days recovering in the Farm El Abra, which was property of a Catalan family friend of his father. The halls have samples related to Jose Marti’s stay in such place, including some personal belongings and objects he used. |
